Doubt it. All single video cards I've seen only support two monitors, so if you have DVI hooked up to your main PC monitor, you can either hook up your second to another monitor or a TV. The problem lies in the RAMDACs from what I remember, so your best bet is to either reconsider what you're trying to hook up, or just get a card that comes with a good DVI to HDMI adaptor.
Apparently some vendor customized versions of the ATI 3870 X2 will have 3 or 4 dvi ports instead of the regular 2, and with their dvi-hdmi adaptor being included you can change 1 of the dvi ports to hdmi. That's probably going to be the only way as you'll need at least 3 ramdac's to drive those 3 displays (the 3870 x2 has 4 ramdac's) & normal graphics cards regardless of the number of display ports only have 2 dac's to drive 2 displays.
