Going to have two 7200RPM HDD and a heavy-duty graphics card in there, a Zip drive, SB Live, etc. Think 150W is a little low, but want to stay with the uATX case. Anyone make a uATX-sized PS greater than 150W?

No. I personally have a micro atx case. The easiest way is to buy the inwin v500. Its available at egghead .com for i think $36. It has a 150 watt, but the case it s good enough size for a standard atx case and everything still fits perfectly. I've got an antec 300 watt in mine, powering, 3 hard drives, a cdrw, a tbird @900, 256mb of ram , a video cap card, two nics, and a v5 5500. This is one powerful microatx system!.
