Is there a tank in GTA 4?

A heli with rockets (or even exploding bullets) would be nice. Although I imagine the download content will be mainly extra chapters.

IKWYM, the more I play the less it offers. just goeas to prove just because a game looks good, doenst make it good. Feels like so much has been left out. But, they all did that. San Andreas, IMO, offered the most, graphics be damned!

I just miss parachutes. I loved jumping out of planes/choppers and parachuting in to attack.
Now when someone drops you off on a rooftop from a heli it's either wait for a pickup or jump to your death..
