Is there a such thing as a case that supports dual psus?

Yes, there are. Look for server cases. Odds are you don't need two though.
conroe + X850XT , i highly doubt u would need to drop in an extra psu. You dont even need a extra PSU for dual XFire and power hungry PentiumD's. I hear 600Watt PSU is fine for that kind of requirement. The extra PSU might come in handle if your juggling with 10+ Hard drives.
The Coolermaster Stacker STC-T01 is a common one - probably the most geek-O-licious case around. Some of the other Stackers have room, but aren't specifically cut out for it, so you'll need to do a bit of modding. The Codegen S101 can do it too with minimal modding, but I think it may have been discontinued as it was dropped from Codegen's web site. So it's catch as catch can. The S201 is also a possible but it is pretty big. The Silverstone SST-TJ07 is another possible. Dual PSU capability isn't all that common, even in servers. Redundant PSUs, yes - dual PSUs no... Most will require some modding to take two standard ATX PSUs.
Several of the cases on http://www.buildtoorderservers.com or http://www.servercase.com have room and can be modded. Some Lian Li, the Aerocool Spiral Galaxies could mod. Some of the big Thermaltakes. Just use the gallery pictures on Newegg as your hunting ground. Think outside the box: mount in the front of the case below or above the drive bay stack with the rear face of the PSU facing up/front/down/or sideways. If you don't need room for a lot of drives, the bottom 5" bays (on a case like the CK-800 or the S6000 from the resellers linked above) could be used to hold a second PSU - duct the exhaust to the side panel or even the bottom or rear.
Just use your gray matter for something other than keeping your skull from collapsing... 😉
