Is there a source that lists all of the interline luggage agreements each airline has?

I can guarantee with utmost certainty, based on personal experience, that United Airlines will lose or misroute your luggage. Never check luggage with United.

What's so strange about it. He just wants to know so he doesn't have to recheck bags when connecting, often requiring one to leave the secured area of an airport, only having to go back into the security line. I call it a smart question.
