I bought a MotoX4 from Best Buy earlier this year for $50 out of pocket (purchase) with a $100 instant rebate on the 32GB model. I get nothing but compliments on the camera from all my iPhone friends....

It has a 16MP front camera and can do 60FPS they say. You just have to disable low light mode to get it out of 4MP in the menu. I am going to suggest though that the hardware, being from 2017 seems laggy when you start the camera app up. This may be due to me having the 32GB model that's short 1GB of RAM from the 64GB model. I've not tested the FPS to see what it actually gets, but they claim 30FPS and 60FPS. I just don't see a menu option.
