Is there a site that catalogs and list components in consumer devices for home-repair?

I'm specifically refering to my Game Boy Advance. I've worn out the buttons on every video game console I've ever owned. Usually, it's easy to replace: Buy a new controller but that's not so with Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance. My GBA's shoulder buttons are wearing out, but they are different than the buttons from other consoles. Instead of a rubber pad beneath the plastic button, these are tactile switches beneath plastic levers. There is a large catalog at work (I'll put in the name when I look at it again) with detailed diagrams of many electornics parts, and some switches that look IDENTICAL to the ones in the GBA. I'm quite sure it's just a standard part that Nintendo uses that could be easily found in such industrial catalogs for other uses. Because there are several that seem to be "it," I have no way to tell without ordering everything and comparing. If there is a database of such info, I'd be glad to add my findings to it, as well as dig up stuff I need to know :) I have many other project on hold too because I can't find the parts:
N64 Pro backup device:
SIMM slot (Got it)
Parallel port (Got it)
Cartridge interface slot (Don't got it. Slightly smaller than an ISA slot. ISA will work with a little hacking away at it)
Cartridge interface card (I'll make this from my etching kit)
Altera chip socket (Don't got it, but pretty sure I can)

On a different note, is there any site that can provide for these kinda needs (Not consumer database stuff)?
Thnx!
