I?m not familiar with that BIOS, however looking at that screenie, it states that you are already running the CAS timing or ?CAS# latency (tcl)? on "auto", which would indicate that is your default CAS timings which has been read from the SPD chip, and is in actual fact a CAS of 3. If you do in fact have that certain VS memory, which is capable of running a CAS of 2.5, then I would suggest manually setting the 2.5 value within that field ?CAS# latency (tcl)?.
With regards to the 1T timings I think most BIOS?s, (well at least mine did) automatically sets the 1T/2T timing at a default of 2T,. Change this to 1T it will be fine.
Once again if you memory can indeed run a CAS of 2.5 at DDR400 then just set the said value to 2.5, I would test with memtest as well just to clarify stability without assuming so. Setting the value to 1T should be fine just go ahead and change that.
