Is there a ramdrive for win xp?

Just curious. I especially liked the ramdrive for win98se, i am curious if there are some around for xp?
 
I believe one of the options in tweakXP allows you to load XP into RAM (if you have at least 512MB of RAM, or higher).

Their info doesn't specifically state xp compatible, so you might want to drop them a e-mail & ask before buying it. Since it was built specifically for the nt kernal it will probably work with xp.
