Real time or have it say what you type after you finish typing? Sounds like you want a Text-to-Speech Program. What exactly do you want to use it for?
 
I vaguely recall having something like that on a computer in the early '90s. Forget what it was, though.

If you search Google you can probably find something.
 
Every Mac has this in it's simple text program. I would imagine that there's some sort of freeware program that will do this if you look on Download.com.
