Is there a program to adjust agp2x to 1x?

I'm having probs getting an i740 to run.Don't see any way to change agp from 2x to 1x in bios,is there a program I can download to do this?

Try powerstrip. The trial version is free. The setting is under Advanced / Diagnostics.

You can use Powerstrip or you can download this registry entry to force AGP x1.

BFK, do you have a *.reg to force it to be 4X?.... right now my card won't run at anything other than 1X, and for some reason, powerstrip is detecting my card as being ont he pci bus (Radeon DDR)

Forget about the registry tweak. I just realised it will only work for nVidia boards.
