I ripped my DVD's to my computer into ISO format, is there any way I can watch them on my computer without converting them??

tugzip. it does pretty much every compression and image format, and it's GPL, iirc.

winrar will extract the files out if the iso.

just get all the VOB files and dump them into something like "Media Player Classic"

hmmm, i tried using tugzip, but it doesnt seem to let me view the actual dvd movie, just the files that are within the iso....

how do i "mount" the iso?

thanks for the help!

daemon tools- you "mount" the iso image, and basically it gives you a virtual drive. You then play the "disc" with whatever software you use normally to watch DVDs (the mounted image will show up as a new drive letter).

do you guys recommend installing tugzip and uninstalling winrar and winzip? is it a decent program or one to keep as an emergency backup?
