Is there a program that takes a snapshot of your computer layout

What I mean by this is, does it save what your directories or directory tree of your system looks like, so I can format by computer and make the same kind of layout I once had before.

It's just I have it kind of neat at the moment, and dont fancy going through organising everything again.

um, i think norton ghost would be your best option...but i'm pretty sure that just makes an image of your current machine so you'd just be reloading the same thing...

so i guess my answer to your question is - i don't know
