Is there a possible way that an aircooled cpu can be below case temp? Such as a p3 933. just curious

It is impossible to get cooler then the surrounding enviroment. It would require an active cooling such has a peltier, or water cooler.

yes the only way to cool the cpu below case temp is either active cooling (water/peltier/etc) or possibly ducting the air in from outside the case directly to the CPU, however your case temp would have to be pretty warm vs your ambient.
