Is there a nice little tutorial to acquaint me with the Mac?

I've had PC computers since the early 1990's and Windows 3.1, took DOS class and etc., use Windows XP and 7 now, but where I volunteer it's all Macs. I know a little (from poking around on the screen) but practically nothing about how the Mac works. I don't see anything like Windows Explorer and its to-me obvious file system.

Is there a site or tutorial that will put my feet on the ground with Macs?
