Is there a money back guarantee thru express or priority mail??

I sent a four- five pound package from Calif. to So. Carolina last Monday and was told that it should be received this monday. Anybody knows what the Postal service policy is?? This had the delivery and confirmation added to this package but shouldn't make a difference...

i am pretty sure priority mail is not guaranteed, unless u insure it. dunno about express tho.

Through the post office, I'm not sure. I do know that whenever I've used UPS 2-day, and it's taken longer than that, they've refunded me the difference between 2-day and standard ground shipping.

Express Mail has the delivery window money back guarantee.

Sounds like you sent it Priority Mail since Express has confirmation without having to add it on.

Priority mail has no guarantee. Its "average" 2-3 day.
