is there a map/directions utility for pocketpc that doesn't require an internet connection?

there's the mapquest and mapblast channels on avantgo, but they don't seem to work with just activesync. is there some way to get driving directions on pocketpc without a direct internet connection to the pda?

Heh, I'm looking for something similar for my hacked Webplayer... thinking about using it in my car w/ an AC inverter as a little navigation box, maybe some music playback. I was hoping for a program compatible w/ Windows 98SE, something that doesn't require an active internet connection, but maybe something where you could download updates when you do have an internet connection.
