M m3rcury Senior member Jan 8, 2001 375 0 76 Mar 25, 2005 #5 install the libdvdcss2 library. then you can use any of a long list of encoders/guis to rip/backup. Personally, I've used dvd::rip. Works plenty well with xvid and mp3. And it works MUCH faster than it does for me in windows.
