Is there a guide to installing a NV Silencer?

If not, how hard is it to install one?

And would it be worth the effort to replace the stock cooler on on my Gainward 6800 GT GS?

The NV Silencers come with instructions. Taking off the old one and cleaning off the goop will take longer than installing the new one.

Think it'd make a difference though?

Edit - I mean a difference in temps if both coolers were clean.
