Is this possible. How do i know which 1 the OS goes on? What should i be looking for in a sata drive?

If both are SATA drives, no jumper (pins in the back) settings are needed. Hook them up then go to bios and set the boot order so that one with OS boots up first. Basically, just install Windows on one with the other unplugged. After it is stable and everything like updates and drivers are setup, turn off, attach second hard drive then reboot. Windows should automatically recognize it as a slave.

? This is an odd question for someone to buy a RAPTOR in the first place. Its liek buying a suped up sports car for raceing, then asking what type of oil to buy? Hmmm lol

You plug them both in, you make sure the BIOS isnt set for RAID and you install windows on whatever drive you want. I'd reccoment the raptor, obviously. There is no slave master you have to deal with. There is no haveing to leave one unplugged and plug one back in later. The boot order will not be per drive, but hard drive in general. The computer is smart enough to know one drive doesnt have jack to do with an OS while another does.
