is there a free program to defrag my computer ?

I'm looking for a free defragger but maybe something that can show me if I need to first before taking the time to do it ?

maybe something that shows me how much fragged my files are first.

Diskeeper Lite - it's a freeware version but you can only run it on one volume at a time (works great for me).

damn I never defragged my computers in 5 years it took to long I would format and reinstall often to avoid slow downs, but I guess I'm going to start defragging from now on.

Diskkeeper lite is built into windows, it's the same defragger. Just use that.
