Is there a free excel type proggy?

I am too poor to afford Microsoft Excel so I wondered if there is anything like it that is free? Actually, like I put in topic summary, I just want a good way to record and keep track of my benchmark scores, so it doesn't have to be anywhere near as powerful as Excel.
How do you guys track your benchmarks?

I use a piece of paper and a pencil.

Just because if I'm OCing the cpu or something I might crash Windows and lose my data. that would suck...
