appreciate the reply for this. Its understandable. I was a member from way back in early 2000 and actually have heatware from those days. Im wondering how i can reactivate my heat if possible
 
I went to the heatware page to check and see if they have a contact as well as a way to prove my identity because the issue is that I dont have access to what ever email address I used way back then

I emailed info@heatware.com as well. I may try Heat himself
