Is there a flyable airplane in GTA3: Vice City?

I've been playin the game now for awhile and have access to an airport or two, but I Have yet to find a flyable airplane or helicopter like the dodo in GTA3.
Anyone know, and if so, where and how?
 
there are at least 4 helis
there is a plane by the pr0n studio on prawn island
its in the water, one of the floating planes, i cant remember what they are called.
 
There's a personal helicopter you get on the top of Vercetti Estate once you own that.

A couple other helicopters around the place, but you can't really access them since they're mostly on the top of buildings.
