Is there a difference between a digital coaxial cable and a subwoofer cable?

Digital Coaxial cables are specifically speced at 75ohms. Not all RCA cables have the same resistance...so are they the same? Maybe, maybe not...

The ones you linked...one is 25 feet long and the other 6 feet long...lol

im using a digital coaxial cable instead of the supplied subwoofer cable that came with my Onkyo HTIB. Works just fine, but it's probably overkill since it is just a weak HTIB sub

Yeah those supplied cables are rather minimal (same as S/PDIF cables included with disc players) So better to use a fully shielded RG-59 or RG-6 -i.e. any video cable or cable/sat with approprate interconnects/adapters.
