I seem to remember seeing a device a while back that would allow you to connect your home phones to your cell phone via bluetooth.

For example, say you don't have a land line, and have a bluetooth enabled cell phone. This intermediate device would allow you to pick up your home phone, and make a call through the cell phone.

does this ring a bell?
