is there a adapter to make a 4pin molex able to plug in P4 power plug on mobo??

If you mean the female 3-pin plugs that connect to the mobo 3-pin vertical fan plugs, I haven't seen them. I have seen Molex extenders with that 3 pin male wired in.. You can make what you want easily. Just get a Y-Molex and replace one of the plugs with a 3-pin female you can cannibalize from an old case fan. You only need two wires . . . the third one is for RPM of the fan. I would not load anything larger than a fan. But . . . you can buy case fans that have that connector on them already. Any parts store such as SWS electronics would have them.

If I am reading your question right, you are asking if there is an adapter to adapt from a Molex, to the 4 pin connection on a p4 board? If this is the case, the answer is yes, I got mine from pc power and cooling, of which is an adapter to convert from a standard molex to the p4 pinout.

Just started researching P4 mbs and the asus line uses a 4 pin molex in place of the second P4 cord connector. Of course thats no help if you already have the mb but as Lar says, there are connector adaptors.

Newegg also sells P4 boards by a company called Sapphire that uses the Molex instead of the cube.
