Is the Zune going away?

Was at my local office depot and they had clearance stickers on all the Zunes, $199.99 and quite a few of the accessories were clearanced out as well...

I never hear anything about the Zune and I don't know anybody who owns one. If they clearance them down a bit more, I might bite.

i have a creative zen and a nano. i like them both. never got one of the zunes, seemed a bit light for the cost.

Beleive it or not, i know several people who own the zune, its much better than an iPod... i don't know why it's on clearance

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say it's better than the Ipod, but I'm pretty happy with Mine.

And to the OP, as people have said I think it's in anticipation of a new Zune release then them going away entirely (if the gadget sites are to be believed)...

Also.. what kinda clearance deals on accessories did you see?
