ok off from my CMSC 104 midterm exam master list, heres a question that i can't figure out what they are asking or i am not REALLY sure what they are asking. So what do you guys think the answer is?

True or False?

The expression (A or B) is false, if and only is both A and B are false.




I think the answer is true, but i am not sure if i got what they are asking, so what do you guys think?
 
You got it.

I'm treating it as an electronic OR gate. If either input is true or both inputs or true then the output is true.

The 2nd "is" should be an "if"...

Fix that and you're right. That statement is true.
