Go with a performance series if you wanna oc, P160 or 3700amb/bqe. Can you oc in a Sonata? Sure, a mild oc won't be a problem but the Sonata is a small case designed to be quiet.
I am in the process of finishing off an oc'd system for a friend and he wanted the sonata. It seems to be fine. A little on the higher side (expect temps in high 30'sC to low 40'sC, high 40'sC under load) but those are perfectly fine. I just got a Panaflo 120mm(12g) fan that I am going to replace the stock fan in the back with, and move the stock back fan to the HDD rack. When I get this all setup I will post results.
BTW: My Antec SLK3700BQE is running nice and cool at mid 25's case and low 30's cpu. Same fan setup as am putting in Sonata (Panaflo 120mm(12g) in back and stock Antec 120mm in front).
I have a sonata - I have a Pentium 2.53 clocked to 3.4 Ghz (1.6V), Radeon 9800 Pro overclocked to 400/380, three hard drives, DVD-ROM and DVD Burner. I also am using a Zalmam fanless cooler on the Radeon and the Zalman copper CPU heatsink fan, with the fan running at the slowest speed. I have no problems with stability, or temperatures with the stock 380 watt power supply. The system is super fast and super quiet.
The case has little to do with "efficiency" of overclocking, more like the "efficiency" of your routing of stuff in the case to prevent overheating. And a quality 380 watt PSU is good for about 98% of all consumer PCs used today (Antec makes a quality PSU).

I love the Sonata, I think it has excellent airflow and the fan is a nice touch. I think It's the perfect case. Just wanted to know your opinions thanx.
Not saying 30C is mandatory, I would be happy with 40C as well. Just giving you comparisons so you can make your own decisions. Personally I think the Sonata is just fine and the PSU with it is also just fine. Upgrade later if you need to.
