is the shuttle as45GT/R any good

i have only owned amd processors/motherboards and am only somewhat familar with intel motherboards/processors
someone in my dorm was throwing away a shuttle as45gt/r sis 648 chipset
it has motherboard and manual inside
i know shuttle is not the best overclocking motherboard as from the reviews i read it has limited voltages but usally does allow fsb adjustments and apparently the board has raid serial ata and agp8x
i was curious as to if anyone has this board
how good it is
 
Shuttle is a good board company and the SiS648 chipset is nice.

Of course if it is free, then heck yea it is nice. Why is he getting rid of it??
 
well he could not be certain it worked but we managed to find the guy who threw it out and he said that it was taking up space and i gave it a once over and the board looks to be in working order
