Just a cellphone to me. As long as I can get my calls properly and has text and email msging, I'm ok.

I bought one at WalMart on Black Friday to replace my aging T616 which for some reason can no longer make/receive calls. I love the phone for its calling features...I get better reception than any GSM phone I've ever used, and the voice quality is superb.

HOWEVER...I have got to say that Motorola has some of the WORST software around. Its not just limited to the phone book...but the way profiles are managed, lack of sync, limited Bluetooth support, and just an all-around counter-intuitive interface severely detract from this phone. I used many major phone brands...Nokia, Samsung, Sony-Ericsson and now Mot, and I've got to say that nothing comes close to Nokia for ease of use/functionality/interface etc. Sony-Ericsson is a distant second (though I haven't used their newest phones...if their software runs faster now that'd be a huge improvement over the T616.)

I'm currently on my 3rd black Razr in less than a month:

1st - slow to load anything, white-screened every few hours

2nd - slow to load anything, black-screened ever few hours

3rd - So far, so good. FAST to load anything. It appears to have updated firmware.

It only took wirefly 3 freakin' tries to get it right. It may be overhyped, but I like it (the 3rd one at least).

You can sync the Razr!!! And what do you mean by limited Bluetooth support?

How do I sync the RAZR with MS Outlook WITHOUT using a USB cable and Motorola software?

My T616 supported Bluetooth SYNC profile so all I needed to do is choose what to sync in the widcomm Bluetooth driver. and double click an icon in 'My Bluetooth Places'. Done--phone syncs with Outlook over Bluetooth in 20-30 seconds. The RAZR only supports OBEX, which as far as I can tell only allows single item push and doesn't really 'sync'. I need USB and Motorola Phone Tools for that. Also, my T616 let me backup my entire phone book as a single vCard file...RAZR can't do that.
