Is the Radeon LE a waste to put in a Pentium II 300?

My secondary box is an Abit LX6 with a Pentium II 300@338. I am thinking about purchasing a Radeon LE for it but don't know if it would be worth. How much better would it be than the TNT2 Ultra that I used to have? Please convince me to buy this card Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I were you I would go with the TNT2! A Radeon would definately go to waste in your system. I just saw a couple articles mentioning high end vid cards in low end systems aren't utilized by the system. A Radeon wouldn't look much better than a TNT2. Anyways Radeons perform much better in high end systems!

The TNT2 2D was horrible & ran much hotter than a radeon LE,just for that fact alone i would choose the radeon.

I would get a cheap Voodoo3 - that should be ideal for your system. 16-bit internal rendering with tricks to make it look like 22 bit, so what! It's SO cheap. And they come with TV tuners, too. VOodoo3-3500.
