Is the Print Shipping Label part of USPS.com down?

I am able to login but down in the section "Click-N-Ship® (Print a Shipping Label)", I get a server error when I click on it. Can anyone try it with their account? It appears to have been down since 4:30PM. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
