you may be able to do it but you should get at least a true 400, or at least i would.

You should be fine. You prolly won't have alot of headroom however, so don't go and add 10 hardrives or anything crazy.

For the processor and memory it won't be a problem. How many hard drives and optical drives will you be using? I have three optical drives and two hard drives (need to update my sig) running off my 400W Antec PSU without any issue at all. I'd check the video card to see what it needs for power before saying yea or nay on the PSU wattage.

In my own experience, most Antec PSU's are hefty enough to handle more than you would think they could. Not to say you can't overtax them, it's just as easy as what many would think...

I'll be running Two Hard Drives and one optical drive at present. Two optical MAXIMUM in the future. Its not 400W though thats my challenge. I can get a case with a 400W+ PSU, but it's not going to be an Antec...

What brand would the 400W PSU be?

I was running two optical drives, two hard drives, Radeon 9800 Pro, AMD XP3000+ and such on an Antec 380W (True Power) PSU before without any issue. I've not used anything under a 380W PSU in ages, so I really can't say if a 350W will do it. It SHOULD be enough, but the big wildcard is the video card.

Wow...I don't get why people treat PSU's other than antec "junk"...The Aspire PSU actually got pretty good reviews..

Everyone seems to say its worthless.
