The UK office was brilliant, the US version is so-so.

i sort of agree eith nik, however i dont thing its entertaining at all. televised bowling is more entertaining

I agree with you as well. I find it to be incredibly dull and annoying. I've tried to watch a few different episodes from different seasons but I just think they are all really stupid and simply not funny. Only gotten me to smile a couple of times.

American humor > British humor

Sometimes I don't get British humor.

Totally agree.
Also the US office is way way better than the original British series. I could never connect with the British characters at all.

no wai.

mr. serious?

I?m 100% serious, honestly the office is one of the most unfunny things I have ever had the displeasure of watching. Steve Carroll is less funny then Will Ferrell, I actually didn?t think that was possible but I was wrong.

I know it's just your opinion, but your opinion is wrong. Both of you.

I don't watch a lot of tv but I have to say that I totally disagree with you. I think Steve Carroll is amazing in that role. It's extremely difficult to pull of as a character who's a boss that has absolutely no clue about anything, always says the wrong thing, is a wimp and very unreasonable at times but he comes out as a well liked character.
Will Ferrell sucks hard on the other hand.

Steve plays the role perfectly. He plays that role in way too many movies (much like how Seth Rogen is the same character in every movie too) which is obnoxious sometimes, but when it works (like The Office), it works well.

Ferrel hasn't made me laugh for years.

British don't have humor, they just think they do.

I concur. Another example: UK who's line is it anyway > US who's line is it anyway

I'm sorry but there's no way anyone could watch an episode like The Injury with a straight face. The show is fucking awesome.

I can't understand what they are saying. Subtitles and a dictionary of British slang would be necessary.

I've never had an issue, but I do know some people have that problem with all British shows and movies. Maybe you should just watch with subtitles?

So much in love with her

She is amazing... she'd be the perfect girlfriend/wife. Why don't women exist like that around here?
