Looking over the boards I'm seeing a thread full of single,lonely people, a thread about suicide that had many responses that really made me sad and several alcohol related threads.


What's up, why are sooo many nice people so unhappy ?

Im fine though, low on money. But Im going to go job searching tommorow, so maybe that will fix that problem.

John, but the reality is, that matter how hard life sucks sometimes,it sure beats whatever comes in second place !!


I dunno, I was just struck by what seemed to me to be an overall increased sad tone on the board and thought
I'd comment and maybe it would be helpful to someone .

It does seem like a theme lately. I can't say I've been spared from it, but it is interesting to note the seemingly large numbers of people posting about personal problems.

Makes ya wonder what's going on.

I know it can't be the moon, my head is completely hairless save for my eyebrows.

Loneliness.....so true. It's really my own fault though. I dunno if I'm lacking self-esteem or confidence or what, but I've got no REAL problems in my life to worry about, but everything seems so blah

I guess your life is what you make of it and I should stop bumming over nothing and have some fun In a way this thread is kinda helpful for me because it gives me a chance to spit out my problem(or lack of) and try and figure out wtf I need to do to be Happy -> and not Sad- With the help of all the other posters of course

I think it must have been a bad month for lots of people. Personally the following has happened to me (or people close to me): 1 friend commited suicide, 2 relatives died, 1 relative had a stroke, 1 car died.

Though my cousin did get engaged to his long time girlfriend last weekend.

Yeah I am actually, not up to lugging 21 inch monitors around just yet but I'm back to work and feeling much better,thanks for asking
