I use that quickcam and it's fine. It does 640x480 and the quality is decent. The software works well and it works with every application I've tried.

I have the 4000 pro model and it is much better than the one your looking at.

I have the 4000 pro too for 2 years and it's great, far better in image quality than the express model which my gf was using. We mainly use it on msn video chat.

The best of the logitech is the QC Pro 4000. Anything else is just secondary. Of course, it'll cause you a lot more. I think the ongoing price for the QC Pro 4000 is between 60-80 bux.

Oooh you're right; sorry. Mine's the messenger. Isn't the express very similar though? It looks almost identical in the pic.

is it decent? i had the logitech 4000 pro or whatever before. is this anywhere close to the other one? i don't need perfect or good quality. just decent for streaming.

I hope so :) I bought a twin-pack for $23 off Software and Stuff the other day lol.

I got one for me and one for my fiancee who is attending school in a different state...she only has dial-up right now so I figured I didn't need to drop the $80 or whatever it costs to get a new 4000 model.

Although, Overstock.com had the 4000 models for like $50 when I was looking yesterday...
