Is the latest bios v2.4 for the MSI K7Tpro 2 better than previous versions ?

I've just checked the MSI site and found the new 2.4 bios.
Since I've v2.2 is there anyone who's tried this new version yet?


MSI K7T PRO2 bios v2.2
Duron 750@850Mhz
320MB RAM PC100
Hercules geforce2 MX
Maxtor 20GB 7200 UDMA 100

Yep, I was running v2.2, loaded v2.4, seemed to work at the time, but after a several hour power down it has not booted since. It now just beeps and the LED pattern says that it is halting at the Memory Detection Test. Maybe coincidental but sure seems fishy!

I do know others are successfully using v2.4 or I would not have tried it. Good Luck.

I'm running 2.4. Hasn't solved any of my issues though....
