I came across an excellent deal on the KA266 with the Ali-MAGiK chipset. I want to upgrade to a DDR board, and try something besides a VIA chipset. I'm tired of waiting for the SiS 735. I've read the benchmarks on the Ali-MAGiK chipset are just slightly behind the AMD 760
(which still uses a Via southbridge). I want to know if it is a good solid, stable platform with a minimum of compatibility problems. I will be overclocking an AYJHA so I'm hoping the fsb is adjustable in 1MHz increments.

The Iwill KA266 is very stable.. this is wy the Ali chipset runs a little slower than the via chipset. It gives in a little performance to get more stabillity in return. I'm planing on buying the Iwill KA266-raid. For as i know i've never read anything bad about this mobo accept that the performance of the Ali is slightly less than the via.
If anyone knows some hidden bugs on the Iwill board or read complains about it in forums please let me know.
