Someone is sending me viruses everyday. I contacted his internet
provider and they say.
Please e-mail the headers from the message that you received to
abuse@netnitco.net and the matter will be handled promptly.
So I went to the e-mail I sent this this:

But they say:
The headers are availble through your email client. It appears that
you are using Microsoft Outlook in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode.
You should be able to access the full headers by first, double
clicking the message in your Inbox to open it, then clicking "View",
then click "Options". At the bottom of the options menu, you shoud
have a box that says "Headers" or "Internet Headers" or "Message
Headers". You need to copy the information in that box and paste it
into a reply to this message. This is how you access headers under
Microsoft Outlook 2000. It may be different if you have an earlier
version of Outlook.
Your Internet technical support should be able to help you with this.
Norton should be quarantining the actual virused file attachments,
but
you should be able to access the email message still.
How do I give them what they want?
