Is the forum slow for anyone else?

For some reason, browsing the forums is really slow today. Anyone else noticing this? Also, the ad bar on the left isn't loading, I have a feeling that may be contributing to it.

Do a ping and tracert from a DOS box, this will tell you where the packets are being lost/delayed.

Looks to be a problem on my end. My ISP uses Level3 and Verio for backbones, so thats where it looks like the problem is.
