is the black pcb 9500 noisy?

how noisy is the fan on the radeon 9500 (black pcb ver.) with the circular hsf?

I don't think its very loud at all because I'm guessing taht the 9700 cards are louder than it and since they aren't very loud, I wouldn't expect that one to be loud either.
