is the 6600gt better than the fx5950ultra ?

guys I got a question
Ive always wanted an fx5950ultra, but the damn thing never dropped in price so I couldnt afford it and now the 6600gt seems to be very popular and it is reasonable priced, would you say its better then the 5950u ? I hear its better than ati 9800p, 9800xt too ?

Yes I agree oinly the 9800Pro and XT might surpass the 6600GT when AA and AF are cranked up due to the fact that they have a 256bit bus and the GT only has 128bit.

yea its definetly better than any 5950 and also beat the 9800pro in most benchmarks.

i would say the 6600gt is the best mid range card out now.

If you sell it on FleaBay, you'll make enough to buy a 6600GT or better. Those people aren't so bright.

Yes, I am amazed at the prices some people pay for 5900/50U's and 9800XT's. some pay well over 300 bucks. Hell, I sold my BFG5900U on ebay for a buy it now price of 245.00. My starting bid was 190.00.
Within minutes, someone "bought it now". I was stymied. Didn't expect that to happen.

sell what ? I do not have a 5950, I wanted one, but it never dropped to my price range and now Im glad I can let go of the desire to buy one if the 6600 is faster and cheaper.
