Also is msn messenger down?

If anyone is able to get to www.techtv.com and say take a poll for tonights screensavers poll,then I will suspect my ISP is attached to a sucky cache server.I can't get msn messenger to log in either tonight, and if you can instant message on yours,please let me know so I can figure what is wring with mine.
I keep suspecting a cache server,but I can't get out of the system to find out.:|

I can get in to techtv.Its when I try to vote in a poll or like go to call for help and do the daily quiz,it's the wrong date.It isn't 09/18/00.Its something else.

When you said you are in,is that techtv or msn messenger?
