I drank 2 quarts of tea last night didn't really take any more trips to the bathroom than usual, so is there a net increase of water in my body?

Is it the case that sure its a diuretic, but the amount of water that accompanies it is more than adequate to keep you hydrated?

Any ideas?

What dosent make you pee more then beer anyways?

Nothing makes me pee more than beer, save possibly diet Dr. Pepper. Although it differs by beer.

It's the caffine...

So, if you drink coffee or tea, you might get the urge to take a dump, if you're loaded. :)

If you drink caffeinated tea, yes you will probably have to pee more. If it was decaf tea you might as well have been drinking water.
