I usually stick to the sashimi to avoid too much refined carbohydrates. They do say that tuna or mahi-mahi may contain a greater concentration of mercury (these fish live longer and may ingest and retain more mercury) other fish such as salmon and mackerel do not live as long and therefore do not have as much chance to ingest as much mercury.
