Is Spherion a good job finding company?

I have an appointment with them tomorrow to see if they can find me a good accounting job. Are they any good and how do they actually make money because they don't charge us job seekers.

they make money off the employers, but my experience iwth them wasn't a good one, or a bad one. They never found me a job so can't comment either way, except that they made me waste my time taking those stupid computer aptitude tests

i've been temp employed thru them before... theyre checks didnt bounce... i believee they profit by taking a cut of your pay... but they cut it before they tell u how much ur making so ur none the wiser... i still got my 10/hr from them as promised tho....

quit 3 weeks later for a bettter job i got on my own tho..
