Is smoking hookah bad for you?

a hookah is an object it depends on what u smoked out of it. And if u were smoking Weed of Tobacco (the most common uses of a hookah) then u will be fine, no side effects unless u abuse it

Smoking anything isn't good for your lungs... Not that smoking a hooka once in awhile is gonna kill ya though.
 
Any smoke will have long-term affects if you do it enough. But if you are smoking "sheesha" is it? The flavored tobacco, which a hookah is used for, legally, then it's nothing more than a cigerette (I'm sure it's debatable which is worst)
 
i knew a guy who smoked the hookah and then he jumped off a telephone pole and broke his neck, but he got up and then he killed 10 cops even though they shot him 4 times and once with a shotgun and tasered him. then he raped and pillaged the entire western united states before the army finally busted out the star wars on his ass and blew him up like an incoming missle yo.
 
Assuming you're not inhaling, your risk of lung cancer from it is low, but you are still at risk from oral/throat cancer. If you're doing it occasionally, it's also fairly low.
There is also some nicotine which will affect your blood pressure, but again - low.

Basically, going to the "hookah bar" once in a while won't kill you. This fad will be dead in 2 years anyway.
