Is SK-6 good enough to cool XP 1800+ ?

As the subject title...is the thermaltake Sk-6 HSF good enough to cool the XP 1800+ ??
Is it possible without the use of a delta fan? Can't stand the noise!
 
I'm using one right now on a 1600+ overclocked to 1800+ using a 30cfm 80mm fan. Temps are at 39deg at idle and 47deg under load.
 
Using one on an 1800+ with a very low rpm YSTech 60mm fan and it keeps it around 45C full load and is nice and quiet!
